Tim did an excellent job installing my new AC system! He is very reputable and explained what was wrong, plus recommended the installation of a surge protector for our new system so we do not have the same problem again. I went through a warranty company and he took the call within 2 days of me reaching out to the warranty company. Tim gave us a very competitive bid on a new A/C unit; and in a very timely manner (which was a factor considering how sweltering it was and how uncomfortable our sleeping conditions were). He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to listen to the problems I had with my heating system. He explained everything to me and showed me exactly what was wrong and didn’t try to oversell me anything that I didn’t need. I will definitely use his services in the future if needed.

Highly recommend! My home warranty company sent Folsom to investigate a leak in our HVAC (heat) unit. He quickly responded, arrived timely, identified and fixed the problem immediately. We kept his card and had him back within a couple of weeks to service the AC. We’ll have him back in the fall for servicing the heating unit.

I am very pleased with Folsom Heating and Cooling. I reached them thru my home warranty policy. Loss of heat was discovered on a Thursday am and Timothy had my furnace repaired by noon Saturday. He is efficient, courteous and respectful. I definately would use his service again.

We had Timothy install a new minisplit. Hecwas timely, communicated well and did great work.

I had issues with my forced hot water system gurgling while circulating. Tim was able to diagnose and replace a clogged circulating valve quickly and efficiently. My system runs better than it has in a long time, which has been great in the extreme cold temps we've had this winter. I would highly recommend Folsom H&C!

He made us a priority even over the holiday season. Instead of replacing random parts and guessing, he spent countless hours on the phone with the manufacturer to get the best answer possible before trying anything. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for our well being made the experience of having no heat much better. I’ll never have anyone else do any service or work on my HVAC system besides Folsom.
