Folsom Heating & Cooling

We used Timothy Folsom for the installation of a new oil burner/furnace. From the beginning he was respectful, pleasant and courteous. We felt that he was very honest in his pricing as he fell within the range given to us by our insurance company. Most other quotes were way above. There was no pressure for us to choose him, but we liked that he didn't try to "rake us over the coals" so to speak. When time came for the job to be done, he was prompt, answered all questions and again respectful of others in the house at the time. His work is also of very high quality. We are thankful for his service and will use him again if need be.

Very happy with the work

Tim did an excellent job installing my new AC system! He is very reputable and explained what was wrong, plus recommended the installation of a surge protector for our new system so we do not have the same problem again. I went through a warranty company and he took the call within 2 days of me reaching out to the warranty company. We highly recommend Folsom Heating and Cooling for your home and they now have a customer for life for our heating and cooling needs. Thanks so much Tim!

Tim gave us a very competitive bid on a new A/C unit; and in a very timely manner (which was a factor considering how sweltering it was and how uncomfortable our sleeping conditions were). Tim was very professional and efficient. We would hire him again in a heartbeat! In fact, we are switching maintenance of our HVAC system to him as well.

I recommend this company with no hesitation. Knowledgeable, courteous and very thorough. Easily five stars plus.

Tim serviced my furnace at my house that I was in the process of buying and even though I had to keep pushing his arrival date due to unknown closing date he had an excellent attitude every time I had to delay him! When he arrived he was quick professional and efficient! I highly recommend your services to anyone looking for nothing but the best! Looking forward to a healthy relationship for the years to come!

Folsom Heating and Cooling came to my home and quickly resolved the issue. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The owner was friendly, professional, and prompt, making the entire experience seamless. I was so impressed with the quality of service that I signed up for their annual maintenance program. I would certainly recommend Folsom Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of reliable HVAC service.

Work was done well and in a timely manner.

We had an issue with our central ac not operating properly. Tim was able to get me on the schedule within several days from the call, where others were weeks out. We will utilize their services for all our heating/cooling needs.

Very thorough work on our mini splits! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Folsom Heating and Cooling. Tim, the owner was the technician that came to my home. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to listen to the problems I had with my heating system. He explained everything to me and showed me exactly what was wrong and didn’t try to oversell me anything that I didn’t need. I will definitely use his services in the future if needed.

Highly recommend! My home warranty company sent Folsom to investigate a leak in our HVAC (heat) unit. He quickly responded, arrived timely, identified and fixed the problem immediately. We kept his card and had him back within a couple of weeks to service the AC. We’ll have him back in the fall for servicing the heating unit.

I am very pleased with Folsom Heating and Cooling. I reached them thru my home warranty policy. Loss of heat was discovered on a Thursday am and Timothy had my furnace repaired by noon Saturday. He is efficient, courteous and respectful. I definately would use his service again.

Tim was very responsive and helpful with our project. Pricing aligned with the other quotes we received as well. Happy to recommend Folsom H&C to others.

Tim was fantastic. He was fast and efficient and reasonable on his price. He is my go to guy going forward.

We had issues with our Veissmann boiler and had multiple companies come out to service it. Timothy figured out the issue and we are pleased that our boiler, after many issues, is finally working like it should. Great job, A++++

The tech was great very knowledgeable fix what needed to be fixed and was very polite and prices were very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great service! Showed up at the house one cold morning and my furnace was not running. Called Tim and he was here immediately to get us back up and running. No frozen pipes! Thank you!

We had Timothy install a new minisplit. Hecwas timely, communicated well and did great work.
