I cannot recommend Folsom Heating & Cooling enough. Tim went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of when the manufacturer wasn’t sure what the issue was. He made us a priority even over the holiday season. Instead of replacing random parts and guessing, he spent countless hours on the phone with the manufacturer to get the best answer possible before trying anything. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for our well being made the experience of having no heat much better. I had issues with my forced hot water system gurgling while circulating. Tim was able to diagnose and replace a clogged circulating valve quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend! My home warranty company sent Folsom to investigate a leak in our HVAC (heat) unit. He quickly responded, arrived timely, identified and fixed the problem immediately. We kept his card and had him back within a couple of weeks to service the AC. We’ll have him back in the fall for servicing the heating unit.
